Cancellation Policy

Throughout this policy, references to “we,” “us,” and “our” indicate Avogtal Infotech Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” represent our esteemed customers. We recognize that preferences may change, and you may sometimes wish to cancel an order. Please review the cancellation guidelines outlined below:    

Order Cancellation Before Shipment    
Users may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched — whichever condition applies first.  

To proceed with a cancellation request, kindly connect with our customer care team through email.  

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.    

Orders Already Shipped    
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, once the package is delivered, you may choose to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.    

Order Modification    
At present, we do not support modification of product selections or shipping addresses after an order has been completed. To make changes, cancel the eligible order and place a fresh request.
