Shipping Locations    
We presently ship to every pin code within India. At the moment, international delivery services are not available.    

Processing Time    
Orders are usually prepared and packed within 1-2 business days from the time they are confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.    
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a detailed confirmation notification via email.    

Delivery Timeline    
Standard delivery generally takes around 3-8 business days, allowing you to enjoy your fashionable purchases without unnecessary delay.    

Failed Delivery Attempts    
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases, users may request a new delivery attempt.    

Damaged or Lost Shipments    
If you receive a damaged item, reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof.    
For packages misplaced during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation with our courier partner.
